Please be aware that once an application is accepted the voucher is ordered from either WY Metro, Travel Master or Halfords, and there may therefore be a delay before it is received. If a previous claim has been made by someone at your address, you will be ineligible to make a claim. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The voucher\/pass can only be used by the recipient, or another member of the household where appropriate.
